Adjunct Faculty in Nursing
Description
Governors State University’s College of Health and Human Services seeks to create an available pool of Adjunct Faculty candidates to teach courses in Nursing majors.
Interested individuals are invited to complete a faculty profile, attach a curriculum vita and transcripts for consideration.
At Governors State University, adjunct faculty are hired as temporary faculty with teaching responsibilities for a specific course in a semester or summer session. Adjuncts are not a part of the faculty bargaining unit and are not included in membership of the Faculty Senate.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications | Master’s Degree with a Major in Nursing |

Preferred Qualifications | 1. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (classroom or online) 2. Blackboard 9.1 experience 3. CNS Adult Health and FNP |
