The School of Music at Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor of Musicology, starting in the Spring 2026 semester. We seek a colleague to teach special topics and/or upper-level Musicology courses in their area of expertise. Expected course load is 1-2 courses per semester.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a master’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience, and have experience teaching Musicology at the university or conservatory level.
