Job Summary/Basic Function:

Applications for Adjunct Faculty positions in the Department of Professional Education are being accepted. Applications for adjunct faculty positions will be considered for all academic disciplines within the department.

An application must be submitted for each department that you are interested in being considered for. For information regarding the academic departments, please consult the Central State University website.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have at minimum a Master’s degree or 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline and documented teaching experiences. Having K-12 teaching experience or credentials is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Central State University requires mandatory Covid 19 vaccination (unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons)

Special Instructions to Applicants:

Central State University is looking for adjunctions in Primary Education (PK-5), Intervention Specialist ( INS ), Educational Studies, English Language Arts ( ELA ), Social Studies, Mathematics, Science for face to face and online instruction. Qualified candidates must have at minimum a Master’s degree or 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline and documented teaching experiences. Having K-12 teaching experience or credentials is a plus. We welcome adjuncts interested in becoming full-time, non-tenure track faculty in future.
