Adjunct Professor of Finance and Business Economics
The Finance and Business Economics (FBE) Department in the Marshall School of Business invites applications for a part-time faculty (non-tenure-track) position for AY 2025-2026.
USC defines two categories of appointment for faculty working less than fulltime: Adjunct and Part-time Faculty. Adjunct Faculty are those employed full-time in a primary profession elsewhere and typically teach one course per year. Part-time Faculty are not employed full-time elsewhere and may teach up to three courses per semester.
We seek faculty dedicated to excellence in teaching who will participate actively in the Marshall School community. Teaching responsibilities will primarily include undergraduate courses in Fundamentals of Finance, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics, with potential for other elective and graduate courses.
Strong applicants will have demonstrated teaching excellence, a background in business with understanding of the global environment, experience with classroom technology, and a Ph.D. in a related field.
