Your Role on the Team
Under the general supervision of the Director of Academic Services, the Administrative Analyst supports faculty committees, research colloquia, and special projects. Serving as the primary administrative liaison, the Administrative Analyst coordinates meetings, prepares materials, and ensures smooth collaboration. Managing all aspects of faculty research colloquia, the Administrative Analyst oversees event logistics and all related reimbursements. Additional responsibilities include drafting reports, maintaining course scheduling data, and supporting academic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to advance The Paul Merage School of Business mission.
Note: This is a full-time, six-month contract appointment with the possibility for extension.
What It Takes to be Successful
Required:
- Working knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
- Demonstrates ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- 1-3 years of administrative support and project management experience
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Special Conditions:
- Hybrid position with some onsite work expected each week.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $28.88- $34.10 (Hourly).
