Full Time
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director, billing specialist, program directors and clinical staff of the Center
- Answer telephone/fax/emails for the Center and direct inquiries appropriately
- Scan and file client documentation into their chart
- Process record requests from outside agencies, parents and schools
- Update client charts with current information
- Greet and check in/out clients for services
- Maintain office and building supplies and equipment
- Order all testing and therapy protocols/materials for clinical staff
- Manage reservations for the building and tours of the building
- Train and supervise administrative student worker(s)
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated administrative skills; Medical office setting a plus
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with an electronic record system
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to customer service
