College of Medicine and Public Health

About the Role

Working under routine direction, the Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Australian Corneal Graft Registry (ACGR). This position involves data entry and management within the ACGR database, along with digitising paper records through scanning and electronic filing. As a member of a small team, the role also contributes to the preparation, production, and distribution of reports to clients, and provides general administrative support across the office.

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Completion or current progress toward a Certificate II qualification, or equivalent relevant experience; A strong commitment to data confidentiality, supported by appropriate training; Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines; Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with medical and professional staff and other stakeholders; Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
