The Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health (SMAH) comprises of the Schools of Science; Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences; Nursing; Psychology and the Graduate School of Medicine. The Graduate School of Medicine is seeking and administrative assistant based at our Moss Vale Campus to provide support across the Southern Highlands and Rural Clinical School Sites.

About the role

In this role, you’ll provide high quality administrative support to the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program across the Southern Highlands and Rural Clinical School sites, supporting learning, teaching, and everyday program operations.

You’ll work closely with the Rural Clinical School team and colleagues across the Graduate School of Medicine, supporting students, academic and professional staff, and visitors. As a key point of contact, you’ll help create a positive and supportive experience for everyone involved in the program and contribute to strong connections with local communities and stakeholders.

This role offers you the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, support medical education, and play an important part in the development of future health professionals.
