The incumbent will provide administrative support to Executive Director. Director, and faculty of the CSUSB Nursing Street Medicine Program on the PDC and SB campuses.

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ('UEC') supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, Staff, Part Time, Non-Benefited position through 10/1/2026 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour.
Location: CSUSB and PDC nursing offices.
Work Schedule
19 hours per week. Schedule to be arranged based on program needs.

This position will remain open until filled.
Typical Activities
The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Nursing Street Medicine Program (NSMP) at both campuses to:
- Answer all inquiries of the program,
- Process administrative and financial documents such as reimbursements for Program supplies,
- Onboarding and offboarding of faculty and nursing student assistants,
- Preparing documents and notices of the NSMP projects,
- Participating in NSMP team meetings,
- Maintain program files,
- Process purchase requisitions,
- Represent the Program as requested,
- Other program related duties as assigned.
- Travel to off-campus community locations as needed by the Program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 1 year administrative and clerical experience
Other:
- Answering and directing phone calls and requests for program information.
- Responding to and managing emails and phone call requests in a timely manner.
- Organizing and managing digital files for both campuses.
- Requesting reimbursement for the Executive and Directors of the program for supplies and equipment.
- Attending weekly team meetings.
- Entering and updating data in databases and budget sheets.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel.
- Flexibility and time management skills.
