Administrative Assistant
Scope of Position
This position serves as a key component in support of nursing operations of the OSUWMC East Hospital Nursing Services team. Administrative Assistant Office Associate to serve as administrative assistant to Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, Nurse Educators and/or other designated members of nursing leadership, as assigned.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will support time keeping functions including reviewing and editing of time cards; run and provide routine reports; procure office supplies; establishing and maintaining of files; communicate with nurses; answers phones; participates in the coordination and/or onboarding of assigned unit staff.
Experience (Required/Desired)
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
