Administrative Support
Class Description
The purpose of this class is to perform standard administrative work supporting a functional area within assigned College department or function.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma/GED and three years of full time high level clerical experience to include data entry, knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications, and creating reports/spreadsheets in Excel or an Associates degree and one year of full time identical experience.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
