We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the School of Science. This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll be a key point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, while providing efficient and effective administrative and office support to the School Manager, Dean, Heads of Programmes, and wider School team. Your work will help ensure the School operates smoothly and delivers a positive experience for its community.
The role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including reception and enquiries, coordination of student-related academic processes, rooms and resources, staff travel, purchasing and payments, and contributing to events, outreach, external relations, marketing, and social media support.
Salary will be in the range of $58,439 to $70,692 per annum, determined by the skills, knowledge, and experience you bring to the role. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), based at our Hillcrest Campus.

You’ll be proactive, confident, and eager to learn, with strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Your enthusiasm for supporting learners and working closely with colleagues will be valued every day. Experience in tertiary education is an advantage, but not essential.
