The Admissions and Compliance Division sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth & Global) portfolio and plays a vital role in supporting the University of Wollongong's commitment to delivering an exceptional, globally oriented student experience. As part of a leading Australian university with a strong international footprint, the Division manages high‑quality admissions services across UOW's network of domestic and global campuses. Our team works collaboratively to uphold excellence, integrity, and inclusivity while supporting students from more than 130 countries as they begin their journey with UOW.

We are seeking an Admissions Officer (Performance and Quality) to support the delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and efficient admissions processes for both domestic and international applicants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high‑volume environment and enjoys combining analytical capability with strong attention to detail. You will contribute to quality assurance, policy and process improvement, business continuity, and training initiatives. Working closely with the Manager, Admissions (Performance and Quality), you will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, enhancing operational effectiveness, and supporting the broader admissions team during peak periods.
