The Admissions and Compliance Division sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth & Global) portfolio and plays a vital role in supporting the University of Wollongong’s commitment to delivering an exceptional, globally oriented student experience. As part of a leading Australian university with a strong international footprint, the Division manages high quality admissions services across UOW’s network of domestic and global campuses. Our team works collaboratively to uphold excellence, integrity, and inclusivity while supporting students from more than 130 countries as they begin their journey with UOW.

We are seeking an Admissions Officer (Operations) to support the effective delivery, maintenance, and improvement of admissions systems and processes. In this role, you will apply your in depth knowledge of admissions policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain core operational workflows. You will contribute to system development, business continuity, process enhancement, and staff training, while providing essential support to the Manager, Admissions (Operations) and the broader team during peak periods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high volume environment and enjoys combining operational expertise with strong analytical and communication skills.
