Additional Job Description:

• Address - 2500 Hospital Drive Martinsburg, WV 25401
• Work schedule/days per week - Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (every two week require 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday with 1 day off during the following week)
• No Call requirements (in person or after-hours phone call)
• EMR - EPIC
• 8 Physicians and 3 APPs in department
• Expected Patient volume - 16-20 per day
• Expectation of patient age range - all ages
