Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree(s) or higher and two years of professional experience, and/or other specifications as noted, or specifically named associate degree(s) and six years of professional experience. SALARY RANGE Kern Community College District 175-day Faculty Salary Schedule $89,080.98 - $116,884.82 annually. Maximum Placement Level Salary: $116,884.82 annually.
