Analyst Quality Control (Remote) - Ophthalmology
Position Summary
Position is responsible for maintaining effective and efficient patient registration processes. This will entail managing registration information. It may also include auditing data and developing statistical information bases.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides daily review of registration data for accuracy.
- Reviews registration data that enters the system via electronic interfaces to assure correct matching to accounts to prevent duplication and assure completeness of the information.
- Monitors effectiveness of work process and takes action to assure continually improving work performance.
- Provides manager with support and feedback on the accomplishment of goals including: percentage of patients registered prior to arrival; monitoring of performance-related issues affecting accounts receivable; telephone activity (volume & production); capture of registration data collected from other locations; review of verification rate.
- Collaborates with management team on the development and assessment of benchmarks for quality and efficiency.

Salary Range
$23.37 - $36.19 / Hourly. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
