The two microprobes are part of a larger geoscience capability that includes electron microscopy (SEM, TEM, FIB-SEM), secondary ion mass spectrometry, laser ablation ICP-MS, X-ray CT, and scanning probe microscopy. The Centre also supports researchers in engineering, science, and health.
