Arvada Welcome Desk Navigator
Summary of Position
Admissions at RRCC is seeking an Arvada Welcome Desk Navigator to assist prospective students, visitors, staff, and faculty. The Navigator will be primarily responsible for desk coverage and phone coverage. The Welcome Desk is the first impression students and visitors have when arriving at the Arvada campus. The Arvada Welcome Desk Navigator will be able to direct students and visitors to the correct departments in campus, as well as conducting campus tours to prospective students. This position will include: clerical work, assisting with special projects, restocking materials and developing a strong understanding of campus operations and Arvada academic programs.
This position reports to the Arvada Coordinator. The work schedule for this position is Monday 8am-Thursday 3 pm and Fridays 8am-12pm at the Arvada location. May require hours outside of normal work schedule.
This is a non-exempt temporary staff position. This position may work up to 28 hours each week and up to 9 months, depending on need and budget availability.
