Assessment Development OfficerThe Position
Coordinates and supports assessment activities across SMP, including design, implementation, data processing, analysis, and reporting, with a particular focus on the accredited medical program. The role assists with assessment technology platforms, preparation of assessment and feedback reports, and supports the planning and delivery of written and clinical assessments across the School.
The Person
We are seeking a detail-focussed team player with experience in assessment activities in complex environments, strong skills in systems and data and the ability to manage priorities independently and collaboratively.
The School/Department
The School of Medicine and Psychology (SMP) was established in 2023 to bring together expertise from Medicine and Psychology to develop a unique educational and research environment. The focus is to produce psychologists, researchers, and medical graduates who practice compassion, conscience and professional excellence, and with a knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and culture. The school partners with a number of healthcare organisations to deliver teaching and training including but not limited to ACT Health, community practices throughout the ACT and Southeastern NSW.
The College/Division
The ANU College of Science and Medicine encompasses the following disciplines: Astronomy and Astrophysics, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Physics, Medicine and Psychology, and Medical Research. It is also home to various cross-disciplinary and specialist institutes and centres. Staff and students within the ANU College of Science and Medicine conduct research and deliver research-led education programs spanning the entire breadth of the sciences, supported by extensive international networks and world-class facilities.
