Position Summary

The University at Buffalo's Department of Periodontics and Endodontics has played a pivotal role in training world-class clinicians, researchers and academicians who have now become leaders in dental education and research.

The School of Dental Medicine is currently seeking tenure track faculty specializing in Endodontics.

Responsibilities include:

• Didactic and clinical teaching of Endodontics to residents and pre-doctoral students.
• Development of scholarly activities including clinical or basic research.
• Service within the department, school, and university.

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS, DMD or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified by the American Board of Endodontics
• Eligible for Licensure in New York State
• Experience in teaching endodontics
• MS or PhD degrees
• A record of scholarly productivity or leadership in predoctoral or postgraduate Endodontic programs
• Participation in appropriate national and international professional and scientific organizations

Salary Range

Commensurate with experience
