Job Summary:
The MBA and Master's Programs Office is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director, Academic Resources and Student Affairs to provide support to students and coordinate with faculty in the Professional and Executive MBA programs. The incumbent will work directly with students to develop advise and assess individual curricular programs. In addition to providing broad support for student service functions, such as advising students, creating communications, event planning, and providing support for students in a variety of ways, the position will directly impact students' success and development, especially in individualized academic planning. This person works directly with the logistics for the curriculum and faculty support during online and in-person classes. This position can be full or part-time, between 80-100%.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the program or unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups
- Advises and enforces Institution policies related to services in Student Affairs
- Monitors, evaluates, and modifies processes, procedures, and/or standards, ensuring alignment with the Institution's mission, values, goals, and objectives, as well as all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- May monitor the program budget and approve expenditures
- Plans, organizes, administers, and manages processes and operations related to assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Schedules logistics and secures resources to support the operational plans of the program or unit

Compensation:
The minimum salary for the position is $60,000. Actual starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in education
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with business or graduate education
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree in education, administration, student affairs, or related field preferred
