Description

The Yale School of Medicine, Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine (Yale-PCCSM), is looking to hire a candidate at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Clinician-Scientist or Traditional track. The candidate must be a board certified PCCM physician with at least 2 years since completion of training. In addition to outstanding clinical and teaching skills, the ideal candidate should possess expertise in cutting edge basic and translational research methodologies as well as emerging fundamental and innovative contributions to the areas of lung immunobiology, respiratory cell and molecular biology, or injury and repair, with relevance to adult airway or parenchymal lung disease.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include: publication track record, NIH or equivalent funding, board eligibility/certification in pulmonary and critical care medicine, clinical experience in critical care and pulmonary disease.
