Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) is one of the most established districts in the state and has been in operation for nearly 50 years. Located in the heart of Orange County, it serves a population of more than 700,000 residents in various communities. The district includes Santiago Canyon College and Santa Ana College, among other centers.

Department Responsibilities
Conduct Ethnic Studies courses, develop culturally relevant content, participate in curriculum development, and use Zero Textbook Cost materials. Teach scheduled classes and maintain accurate records.
General Responsibilities
Teach assigned classes, maintain course outlines, and participate in department activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Master's in Ethnic Studies or related fields, or equivalent. The department accepts degrees in various Ethnic Studies disciplines.
Desirable Qualifications: Commitment to anti-racist pedagogy, experience teaching Ethnic Studies, and involvement in curriculum development.
