Job Summary

The Business School invites applications for one full-time tenure track Assistant Professor position in Management, emphasis in Strategic Management or Organization Theory (or related). Start date: August 2026.

What you will do:

Maintain high-quality peer-reviewed research. Position: 40% teaching, 40% research, 20% service. Teaching load: 4 courses/year (reduced to 3 initially). Classes: on-campus, online, or hybrid.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management or related from AACSB accredited (or equivalent) university by start date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated research effectiveness (publications, conferences).
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness (experience, evaluations).

Conditions: Reside in Denver metro area.

Compensation & Benefits
