Job Summary
Manage administrative affairs to include SCHP strategic planning and evaluation, policy and procedures development and implementation. Work with Assistant Dean to ensure administrative efficiency and accountability. Develop and oversee research. Minimum of 5 years experience in conducting and/or overseeing research.
Job Duties
Engage in departmental oversight by working with SCHP Dean and Department Chairs to implement departmental plans and facilitate faculty engagement and accountability; support strategic creation of new degree programs.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics
Instructional/teaching capabilities on the graduate level.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in a health related field (PhD or practice based degree).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a higher education and administrative role; having previously held faculty rank at least at the level of Associate Professor
- Minimum of 5 years experience conducting and/or overseeing research.
Other Preferences for Consideration
Qualifications equivalent to the rank of Professor are preferred.
