Requirements
Research Field: Management sciences
Education Level: PhD or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications
The candidate must have:
- a university degree in social sciences in the field of management and quality, economics and finance;
- a postdoctoral degree in the field of management and quality science or economics and finance;
- significant research and teaching achievements;
- meeting the conditions for membership in the Council of the Discipline of Management and Quality Science;
- experience in teaching courses related to management, quality management, innovation management, quality engineering, quality management systems, management in the global economy, scientific research methodology, including research in management and quality science;
- the ability to lead research and academic projects;
- fluency in Polish;
- knowledge of English sufficient to conduct academic research and teach courses.
