"Associate Research Scientist Part Time Non-exempt (Ma Lab)"

The Associate Research Scientist will work in the laboratory of Dr. Weiji Ma and oversee the lab's scheduling, organization, compliance with regulations, curation of research products (data, code, and publications), and dissemination, outreach, and public engagement efforts.

Approximately 24 hours per week

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is $26-39/hr. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.

Qualifications:

• Required: BS or MS in Neuroscience or related field.
• Preferred: Laboratory experience, research project coordination, and familiarity with research methodologies.
