Responsibilities

- SERVE AS A LEAD FOR JSAC OPERATIONS: ...
- SERVE AS THE LEAD PROGRAMMER FOR WEEKS OF WELCOME: ...
- SERVE AS THE MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ALIGNMENT LEAD: ...
- OTHER: Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in higher education, student affairs, event management or a related field, and three years of experience in building/facility management, student activities, or general programming.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in higher education, student affairs, event management or a related field and at least two years of work experience in student engagement, event planning, and/or facility management.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.
Experience supervising professional staff.
SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Demonstrated skill in quality customer service.
Organization and analytical skills.
Demonstrated relationship skills.
Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical abilities to perform all job duties.
Ability to advise, teach, and coach university students.
Ability to collaborate and develop partnerships with various university departments, faculty, staff, and student organizations.
Ability to easily relate with people and project a feeling of confidence and competence, and handle stressful situations with ease and in a most professional manner.
Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days; M-F (Work outside of the standard business hours may be required)
Pay Band: B10
Salary: $52,500/annually
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
