You're the person who makes things happen behind the scenes and enjoys it. You can juggle a retreat, a newsletter deadline, and a guest speaker's travel itinerary in the same week without breaking a sweat. You notice the details other people miss, you're comfortable working with everyone from medical students to senior faculty, and you take pride in creating experiences that people remember. You don't need to come from healthcare but you do need to be organized, resourceful, and genuinely energized by the idea of building community within a team. If you've ever left an event you planned and thought "that went amazing" we want to hear from you
