In this pivotal role, you will oversee menu innovation, product development and high‑quality food production across our campus venues. You will ensure strict compliance with FSANZ food safety and hygiene standards, while maintaining efficient cost control, portion consistency, labour management, and ongoing team training.
You will also play a key role in upholding exceptional guest satisfaction and ensuring our kitchens remain safe, productive and welcoming environments that meet all state and federal OH&S and hygiene requirements.
About the person
You will be a qualified chef (apprenticeship and trade certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery) with a minimum of five years’ experience at Executive Chef or senior kitchen management level in a high‑volume food and beverage environment.
You lead from the front, inspiring your team, driving innovation and maintaining consistently high standards in both service and food quality. You demonstrate strong communication skills, proven financial acumen and deep knowledge of HACCP-based quality assurance. Above all, you’re committed to creating a positive, supportive and high‑performing kitchen culture.
