The Outlet Supervisor plays a key role within the Food & Beverage team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Don’s Tavern to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. 

This position works closely with the wider hospitality team to support efficient service delivery, uphold safety and compliance standards, and maintain a welcoming environment for students, staff, and guests. 

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to delivering consistently high service outcomes.

You lead by example, communicate clearly, and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to your work. Thriving in fast‑paced environments, you remain composed under pressure and support your team to consistently achieve high standards. With strong attention to detail, you follow operational procedures, uphold safety and compliance requirements, and foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for the Bond University community.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $83,131.97 (includes 25% loading) per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
