"Building and Facilities Technician"

We are seeking a Building and Facilities Technician to act as the main Facilities contact for the entire Tinsley Building. Working directly with occupants to support their cutting-edge research; you will also spend some time in the Earth Sciences building supporting their extensive research and teaching labs, workshops and offices. You will be part of a Facilities team that covers several buildings, and will have the chance to undertake training and career development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused Technician ready for a new challenge. You will have some experience in a building maintenance role, and have the ability to recognise when it’s safe to work independently and when to seek help.

Pay Scale: STANDARD GRADE 4
Salary: £28,437 - £32,108
