Minimum Qualifications: Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a building services worker or custodian
Position Summary: Perform manual work in a variety of cleaning and related duties in and around Athletic buildings and facilities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
Physical Demands: Squat, bend, lift approximately 40lbs, see, hear, lift arms, push and lift machinery.

Duties/Responsibilities: Perform manual work in a variety of cleaning and related duties in and around university buildings and facilities. This includes locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, sidewalks, front steps, and offices. (Percentage of time: 50)
Duties/Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and wax floors; dust and clean chalk boards and offices; wash windows, walls, trash cans and glass doors. Frequently work from a ladder. (Percentage of time: 40)
Duties/Responsibilities: Replace light bulbs, clean and polish brass. (Percentage of time: 5)
Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the area of building services. (Percentage of time: 2)
Duties/Responsibilities: Perform related work as needed by Building Services Lead and Building Services Supervisor. (Percentage of time: 2)
