Business Administration Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Business Administration Operations Manager in the Division of Addiction Research and Treatment Services (ARTS) at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is responsible for accomplishing the day-to-day administrative functions regarding the Division's electronic health record operations and associated technical staff, managing data needed for reporting and compliance purposes, and overseeing the clinic office managers to ensure operational effectiveness. This position utilizes strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a deep understanding of clinical needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements. The Manager oversees data collection and analysis in support of the Division's strategic plan under the direction of the Division Administrative Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts research and benchmarking on specific topics as assigned.
- Responsible for overall clinic administrative operations through the Office Program Manager.
- Organizes and tracks operational processes and data collection.
- Reports FTE data and participating in practice evaluations as requested.
- Performs other related duties, including special projects, as assigned by the Division Administrative Director.
Work Location: Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on-site at the Fort Logan campus in Sheridan, CO and as needed for in-person meetings at other locations.
