"Business Analyst - Curriculum & Scheduling"

Under the supervision of the Director of Curriculum Services, the Business Analyst – Curriculum and Scheduling provides compliance and system support for Curriculum Services (CS). The Business Analyst - Curriculum and Scheduling is responsible for working directly with Academic Affairs leaders at the College on the programming, setup, and management of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (PSCS) modules for Curriculum and Scheduling as well as Coursedog (CD) College Catalog and Curriculum Management modules. This position includes responsibilities related to the areas of PeopleSoft (PS) Course Catalog, Class Scheduling, Student Enrollment, and Academic Advisement Reports (AARs). This position also involves the coordination of training and development activities for the Curriculum Services Department pertaining to PSCS and CD system details. The individual in this position leads system setup, management of data and updates, the running and coordinating of processes, testing and quality assurance on systems and processes. The successful candidate serves as a liaison between the Curriculum Services and Information Technology teams.

At a minimum the selected candidate must have a Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university and two (2) years of related experience in both higher education, and student services or academic affairs and two (2) years of technical experience with PeopleSoft or other similar higher education enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and similar institutional platforms. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have Coursedog, query and complex data experience.
