As the Business Engagement Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice to a variety of business areas to support the use of standard digital platforms and services and solve business problems.

In this role you will:

  • Provide advice, training, and support to fulfill business needs with standard solutions.
  • Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to clients regarding their requests and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and technical support services to the Business Partners as required.

_This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land)._

The remuneration for this position is from $93,929- $103,641+ superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  4. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary digital trends, services, products and practices, with experience in the configuration and support of standard digital platforms and services, such as collaboration and productivity solutions.
  5. Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities and work to deadlines.
