About the Role
We’re seeking a Campus Data & Planning Analyst to play a key role in enabling effective campus space planning, decanting and relocation activities. This role provides specialist coordination; systems support and analytical advice to support infrastructure projects and operational space requests across the University.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable space and decant data, streamlining reporting and system processes, and delivering scenario analysis to inform planning and decision making. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll also support the operational coordination of decants and relocations, ensuring activities are well planned, data driven and efficiently delivered.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Maintain and optimise systems and reporting pipelines supporting space planning, decant coordination and portfolio reporting, including ServiceNow, Archibus, Space Central or related space systems, and SharePoint-based information management practices.
- Ensure data across all categories of space is current, accurate and fit for operational and planning purposes, maintaining reliable system inputs, records and outputs for team use.
- Maintain the Decant Space Register and central decant list, ensuring records are current, complete and monitored so decant requirements, dependencies and actions are not missed.
- Support early identification of decant requirements for projects and operational works, assessing suitable decant space options and contributing to practical strategies.
- Analyse utilisation, capacity, occupancy and demand data to provide insights that inform space planning decisions, project prioritisation and effective use of campus space.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to collect, verify and maintain data required for space planning, decanting, reporting and project coordination activities.

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma qualification in property, facilities management, project management, spatial planning, architecture, data management, business analysis or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
