Job Description

This position will be either custodial or maintenance support
• General cleaning of dorm rooms, common areas and restrooms.
• Specialized cleaning including floor restoration, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, exterior window washing, etc.
• Provide hotel service to include turning rooms by cleaning and setting them up with linens, towels, etc.
• Moving supplies, furniture, un-bunking beds, running laundry carts.
• General Labor
• Interior and exterior delivery
• Furniture and appliance delivery and set up
• Other duties assigned

Shift

7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.,
Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

Custodial help:

Ability on a daily basis to:

• Lift, carry, and set down objects of moderate weight (25-50 lbs.)
• Grasp broom and mop handles
• Work around dust and cleaning chemicals
• Climb stairs, step stools, and ladders
• Ability to read, write and make simple arithmetic computations.

Maintenance help:

• Some experience in general construction or similar work.
• Ability to drive a pickup truck or other similar utility vehicles and possession of a valid state driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

A valid driver’s license which will allow the legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary: $15.00/hr
