This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for work to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you a well organised and adaptable individual, committed to delivering an excellent student experience? Would you like to play a key role in supporting student success by providing high quality employability support?
We are seeking a professional, pro-active individual with strong interpersonal skills to join the Student Careers Service. You will support and deliver a range of career mentoring activities, including an online mentoring and networking platform for students and alumni/employers. With an interest in supporting an excellent student experience, you will work collaboratively with colleagues in Student Opportunity, plus colleagues in the Advancement Team. You will lead the promotion of mentoring opportunities to students to increase engagement. You will develop key mentor and mentee resources; deliver presentations and workshops and evaluate career mentoring activity and produce annual reports.
