About the Area
The Legal, Assurance and Integrity Division provides a centralised and coordinated approach to complaints, investigations, wellbeing and safety across the University. The Complaints & Investigations Team operates under a hybrid model, managing disclosures, complaints and investigations in partnership with academic and professional units. The team plays a critical role in supporting fair, transparent and consistent processes that uphold the University’s commitment to integrity, accountability and high quality decision making.
About the Role
The Case Support Officer provides coordination and administrative support to the Complaints & Investigations Team, ensuring smooth operations and consistent, high quality service delivery. You will contribute to the management of Public Interest Disclosures (PIDs) and develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, FAQs and resources related to serious wrongdoing, complaints and admission appeals.
The role also involves producing reports for internal and external audiences, maintaining the University’s serious wrongdoing and complaints management websites, and developing and delivering training packages for staff. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion and professionalism. It is well suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, working collaboratively and contributing to processes that support fairness, safety and integrity across the University.
