Overview
The ECU Survey Research Centre, located on ECU’s Joondalup Campus, specialises in high quality data collection by conducting outbound telephone surveys for various clients and their research objectives. Our Centre has state-of-the-art technology to conduct outbound telephone surveys, with staff trained in general research methods.
The ECU SRC is looking to appoint outbound casual Market Research Interviewers who possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in a call centre environment collecting data is desirable.
MUST be available to do shift work at least 3-4 shifts per week between Mon – Friday from 2pm/4pm-6pm/8pm on weeknights and one weekend shift (either Saturday/Sunday) between the hours of 10-2pm/3pm.
Good communication skills and excellent phone manner.
Proficient general computer and good typing skills.
High level of proficiency in electronically recording data efficiently accurately.
MUST be able to follow script accurately as prescribed by researchers.
MUST be reliable to attend shifts as booked to complete projects in required deadlines.
In addition, you will be required to attain Police Clearance.
Please send resume by close of business 12 April 2026. Short listed candidates will be contacted via a telephone interview. You will need to be available to commence work on 30th of April 2026 and provide shifts from this date.
You MUST be available for a minimum of 3 shifts a week, however 4 would be preferable – at least 2-3 in the evenings (Mon-Fri) and 1 weekend day shift. Evening shifts are mostly between 2pm/3pm-6pm/8pm and weekend shifts between 10am and 3pm. Shifts can generally range from 3 to 5hrs.
