Job Description Summary
Cultivating national, statewide, and local relationships to ensure policies align with the mission of the department. Grant writing to ensure the program is financially sustainable. Managing the Careconnect team to provide stellar patient care. Work closely with our research director for publication opportunities to disseminate the work.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of new treatment pathways for OUD across the Penn Health System and regional partners
- Supervise and train substance use navigators and other CareConnect team members
- Collaborate with research staff to support study implementation, data collection, and dissemination
- Provide direct patient care support in a clinical setting
- Lead stigma-reduction initiatives and trainings across departments and clinical sites
- Represent the program in local, state, and national policy discussions and advocacy efforts
- Write and manage grants, including budgeting and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 -7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master's degree and 3 - 5 years of experience preferred.
Position is contingent upon continued funding.

Pay Range
$74,500.00 - $89,789.00 Annual Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
