"Cook B"

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Cook B for Livingston Dining Commons.

• Handles overall cooking operations of unit in the absence of Cook A.
• Guides and instructs Cook C, Grill Cook, Cook's Helper, and Dining Service Worker B in performance of a variety of cooking operations to comply with standardized procedures and schedules.
• Performs all duties of the group.

Minimum Education and Experience:

High school/vocational school education or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Two years of varied cooking experience in large volume institutional or restaurant setting.
