Job Summary: As a dental teacher, you will make a significant contribution to structuring and improving education and care in the Endodontology section, working interdisciplinary with dental and medical specialists.

Responsibilities: Coordinate, develop, and execute curriculum for Master 2 and other education parts; create improvement proposals based on evaluations; provide clinical guidance to trainee dentists-endodontologists and students; supervise patient care tasks of students, including those in Oral Health Sciences with Endodontology profile; coach students in non-patient-related, pre-clinical, and clinical education; participate in patient discussions; deliver theoretical components in dentistry and Oral Health Sciences education.

Qualifications and Requirements: Possess a dental diploma (BIG registered) and recognition as a dentist-endodontist (NVvE); have a Basic Teaching Qualification (BKO) or be willing to obtain one; demonstrate good interpersonal and clinical skills; have an affinity with education and willingness to develop in it; be flexible for various tasks; be proficient in spoken and written Dutch.

What the Employer Offers: A temporary employment contract for 1 year, with potential for a permanent position upon positive evaluation; salary ranging from €4,728 to €6,433 gross per month based on the Tandartsdocent 3 profile (scale 11), depending on education and experience; 232 vacation hours per year for a full-time 38-hour workweek; 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end-of-year bonus; contributions to ABP pension scheme; travel expense contributions; and options for fiscal exchange of certain employment conditions.
