Class Description
The purpose of this position is to provide departmental leadership and direction consistent with the strategic vision of the assigned division and the mission of the College.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, or related field required. Three (3) years of supervisory experience is required. Six (6) years of experience preferably at a community college, in two (2) or more of the following areas: Title IX, crisis management, student conduct, behavioral intervention, or conflict resolution/mediation. Preference is given to candidates with a Title IX certification.
