In this part-time continuing role, you will support safe, high-quality veterinary clinical placements. You will build strong relationships with distributed practices while coordinating compliance, risk assessments and accreditation-ready documentation. This role places you at the heart of student safety, learning quality and partner collaboration.
- Manage relationships with distributed veterinary practices, ensuring clear communication around placements, agreements and expectations.
- Coordinate placement logistics, monitor contracts, invoices and payments, and support timely resolution of issues or concerns.
- Undertake OHS and compliance audits with relevant teams, identify risks and work with practices on corrective actions.
- Support training and accreditation requirements by tracking educator compliance, maintaining LMS resources and providing accurate data for reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents and compliance activities, and prepare concise reports for School leadership and accrediting bodies.
- Bring experience in veterinary practice, veterinary nursing, OHS or other regulated, audited environments, or a strong interest.
- Hold a relevant qualification, or equivalent experience and training, within veterinary, education, health or related professional settings.
- Demonstrate proven ability to build productive relationships, negotiate outcomes and communicate clearly with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks and respond to evolving standards or regulations.
- Manage data, records and reporting with accuracy, using spreadsheets or similar tools to track compliance and placements.
Please note that this role requires travel to various distributed practices across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. A valid driver’s licence is essential.
