Salary Range: $44,729.00 - $57,715.00 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Essential Functions

The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Student Conduct

• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and track educational sanctions...
• Adjudicate low-level conduct violations...
• Monitor sanction progress...
• Participate in weekly Case Management meetings
• Provide training to campus partners...
• Stay current with best practices...

Student Support

• Support the office in responding to students in crisis...
• Assess student complaints...
• Connect students to appropriate campus resources
• Serve as point of contact for parents and guardians...

Communication, Collaboration, and Outreach

• Develop a comprehensive communication plan...
• Collaborate with campus partners...
• Maintain Office of Dean of Students website content...
• Coordinate outreach campaigns...
• Assist in the development and creation of office communications
• Prepare reports and presentations...
• Work collaboratively across campus...
• Develop educational resources...
• Coordinate Dean of Students Office participation...

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior experience working with college students is required.
• Experience delivering educational programs... is required.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Experience supervising student employees is preferred.
• Training or certifications... are preferred.
• Experience with program development... is preferred.
