Job Summary

The Enrollment Services Associate provides intermediate skills and knowledge for a variety of administrative, technical and/or processing duties... This is a temporary position dependent on availability of funds and/or departmental need.

Core Responsibilities

1. Assists with processing paperwork for various enrollment units...
2. Assists with counseling students on various enrollment issues...
3. Maintains records as needed for all enrollment services units.
4. Assists with evaluations to reach a determination...
5. Assists with document intake, imaging, and indexing...
6. Participates in committees and/or conferences and meetings.
7. Performs other duties as assigned for enrollment services units.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Three (3) year of related work experience.
• This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a call-center like enviroment.
• Customer Service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
• Standard office equipment; Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions

Normal office hours. Occasional evening and/or weekend hours.

Physical Demands

Sedentary work; sitting most of the time... Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.

This position will work primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
