GRCC is looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager or Programmer/Analyst at a senior, mid, or associate level. The skill level, experience, desire for management, and other qualifications will determine the position offered.
Enterprise Applications Manager
The Enterprise Applications Manager is the team lead of PeopleSoft ERP developers and business analysts. This role manages the development, implementation, and support of enterprise systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in application development, ERP systems, and team leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and scope; providing strategic guidance; fostering collaboration; and driving process improvements. Key duties involve leading and mentoring teams, managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality documentation and code standards. The role also assists in developing application needs within the ERP.
Senior Enterprise Programmer/Analyst
The Senior Enterprise Programmer/Analyst performs complex activities in the IT Administrative Enterprise Applications department. This position requires specialization in technical areas and oversight of business-critical systems like PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Resources, Finance, etc., ensuring their availability, functionality, security, and integrity.

Compensation:
- Manager Level: TM3 - $82,626 annually
- Senior Level: TP5 - $73,445 annually

Manager
- Lead and manage a team of PeopleSoft developers and analysts.
- Provide support, guidance, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality documentation.
- Assist in RFPs, vendor proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate on software deployment, testing, and upgrades.
- Develop bolt-on systems and establish change control processes.
- Work with stakeholders to meet business needs and ensure compliance.
- Recommend improvements and maintain security standards.
- Support migrations and integrations outside regular hours.
Senior Level
- Lead project development and support for mission-critical applications.
- Design, develop, and customize applications using Oracle/PeopleSoft tools.
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate with teams.
- Evaluate and deploy upgrades, conduct testing, and develop procedures.
- Participate in software selection and integrations.
- Train users and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to change management and design standards.
Job Specifications
Education Credentials
Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience
All positions prefer PeopleSoft and higher education experience.
Manager requires 8+ years as an application developer, 5+ years in enterprise systems, etc.
Senior Level requires similar experience with technical leads and SQL proficiency.
Skills
Manager requires excellent implementation skills, problem-solving, leadership, and proficiency in PeopleTools.
Senior Level requires application development skills, project leadership, and SQL expertise.
Physical Demands, Mental Demands, Working Conditions
Involves sitting/standing for long periods, repetitive movements, excellent communication, stress management, and potential on-call duties. Hybrid remote work eligible.
